3.1 Contract Formation: A formal construction agreement will be executed before commencement of any project. The agreement will detail project scope, timelines, payment terms, and specifications.

3.2 Project Timeline: While we strive to complete projects within agreed timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

3.3 Changes and Modifications: Any changes to the original project scope must be requested in writing and will be subject to additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4.1 Payment Schedule: Payments will be made in installments as per the agreed schedule in the construction contract. Typical payment milestones include:

• Advance payment upon contract signing
• Foundation completion
• Structural completion
• Finishing work completion
• Final handover

4.2 Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in work suspension until payment is received. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts as per the contract.

4.3 Price Variations: Prices are subject to change based on material cost fluctuations, government taxes, and regulatory changes. Any significant variations will be communicated in advance.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear and accurate project requirements and specifications
• Obtaining necessary land documents and legal clearances
• Ensuring site accessibility for workers and materials
• Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Providing timely approvals for design and material selections
• Coordinating with local authorities for required permits

6.1 Quality Standards: We commit to using quality materials and following industry-standard construction practices. All work will comply with local building codes and regulations.

6.2 Warranty Period: We provide a warranty period as specified in the construction contract for structural defects and workmanship issues. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

6.3 Defect Liability: Any defects reported during the warranty period will be rectified at no additional cost, subject to verification and terms of the warranty.

Anagh Smart Infra shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.)
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Damage to existing structures not part of the project scope
• Third-party delays (material suppliers, government approvals, etc.)
• Consequential or indirect damages beyond the contract value

11.1 Acceptable Use: You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

11.2 Account Security: If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
